We have achieved the cheesecake feeling by flavoring the white chocolate with sour yogurt and crunchy pieces of digestive biscuits before rolling it in lots of freeze-dried raspberries. The salted licorice is the twist and keeps this creamy and sweet and sour, crunchy little delicacy in check.
