DRIED STURGEON CAVIAR. A very unique and exclusive product that undergoes a special drying technique and consists of 100% pure caviar. To extract 1 kg of dried caviar, 5 kg of fresh caviar is required.
100-YEAR-OLD BALSAMIC VINEGAR. From Giuseppe Giusti in Modena, Italy where balsamic vinegar has been produced since the 18th century. Only 50 bottles are dropped per year.
