The world's most expensive liquorice

Go for gold

GO FOR GOLD - THE WORLD'S MOST EXPENSIVE LICORICE

Liquorice flavored with white Alba truffle, sturgeon caviar and Japanese snow salt? For SEK 350,000 a kilo? Now we are launching the world's most expensive liquorice.

We call the world's most expensive liquorice Go for gold and it consists of a 10-gram milk chocolate truffle filled with a sturgeon caviar and liquorice caramel flavored with 100-year-old balsamic vinegar, gianduja on Piedmontese hazelnut flavored with white Alba truffle, black Perigord truffle, Japanese snow salt and 24 carat gold leaf.

We spend more time than any other confectionery manufacturer on searching for the best ingredients there is to find. Today we work with everything from hand-picked Tasmanian rock pepper to Japanese cherry blossoms, birch-smoked sea salt from Iceland and fermented (rotten) garlic as flavoring agents in our liquorice candies. The reason is simple. We want our candies to be extremely delicious and preferably with a slightly challenging twist.

In the spring of 2017, we made the world's most expensive licorice which was launched at the Licorice Festival in Stockholm. The cans sold out in no time. With the launch of our new darling Salmiakbomben, which is a heavenly mixture of liquorice, salmiak and soft caramel, we wanted to make a new try with the world's most expensive licorice and go all-in with the most exclusive ingredients we have collected over 10 years.

Go for gold - the world's most expensive liquorice - is only made to order with a delivery time of around 3 weeks.
